The User declares they are of legal age and have sufficient legal capacity to be bound by these Terms. This Website is not directed at minors; the Owner declines any responsibility for failure to comply with this requirement.

This Website is intended primarily for Users residing in Spain and London. The Owner does not guarantee that the Website complies with the laws of other countries, in whole or in part. VI. Voucher validity

Voucher Validity

Vouchers purchased shall, as a general rule, be valid for a period of two (2) months from the date of purchase.

Upon expiration of this period, the voucher shall automatically lose its validity and may no longer be redeemed or refunded, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

If a specific voucher is subject to a different validity period, such period shall be expressly stated in the relevant product description or in the specific terms and conditions applicable thereto. In such cases, the indicated validity period shall prevail over the general rule set forth herein.

VII. Legal actions, applicable law and jurisdiction

The Owner reserves the right to bring any civil or criminal actions deemed necessary for improper use of the Website and Content, or for breach of these Terms.

The relationship between the User and the Owner shall be governed by the laws in force and applicable in Spanish territory. Should any dispute arise regarding the interpretation and/or application of these Terms, the parties shall submit to the ordinary jurisdiction of the courts and tribunals that correspond according to law.
